The hotel is beautifully designed, sophisticated without feeling formal, and the atmosphere is calm despite being right in the middle of Tokyo
The hotel is beautifully designed, sophisticated without feeling formal, and the atmosphere is calm despite being right in the middle of Tokyo. The location was extremely convenient, and the views over the city are spectacular. What really made the difference, though, was the team: consistently warm, attentive and genuinely helpful, especially travelling with children.

Pros: Absoluter Luxus im Zentrum von Tokyo. Hotel ist auf obersten Etagen. Grandiose Aussicht. Personal top ausgebildet und sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück hervorragend mit super Auswahl und Aussicht. Kostet aber auch ein Gewehr... Cons: Bar macht etwas früh und aufdringlich (Licht voll an) zu. Sonst nichts zu meckern...
