Great staff and location
Hotel was excellent. Staff were all super friendly. Food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Location was perfect, not too close to all of the busy attractions, but close enough for a quick cab ride or to walk if feeling extra adventurous.
Great Service with a Lovely Modern Vibe!
Love this hotel and the location was great. Walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Our room was lovely and I received and upgrade due to my status to an excellent room with a great wrap around balcony and beautiful view. The place was clean. The staff brought our bags up to our room on check in. Our floor was a little nosy because we were on a floor with a family with a ton of kids but did not have any noise issues at night. The bed was cozy and my husband and I slept well! Breakfast was delicious especially since all of the local cafes were closed. Would definitely stay here again!
Great stay in Rome
Hotel is in a great condition, very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is right by Borghese gardens.
Rome at its finest!
Came for my honeymoon and the hotel is in a great location! Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough where everything feels accessible. What really stood out the most was the staff. Sadly, the hotel experienced some disruption with the HVAC in several rooms were were assigned to but the staff went out of their way to take care of us. There were so many people who were instrumental in this and I'd particularly like to call out Jeffer (who checked us in), Mahamadou (bellman), Fillipo John (from rooftop restaurant, and several members of the reception desk - Simona, Ali, Diego, Mylo and
Just okay
We were a little disappointed with this hotel. It was quite possibly the most uncomfortable hotel bed that I’ve ever slept on. Location is okay. Breakfast was excellent.
