If you don't like bad techno pumping outside your room all night do not stay here
Pros: Room was nice, balcony is always nice, with a lovely view of downtown LA. Cons: Loud DJ at poolside until early hours of the morning. Wouldn't have been as bad if the music was good but it was that awful techno s&*t that gives you a heart attack.

Lovely stay, but don't bother with breakfast.
Pros: The room cleanliness, size and comfort was great. I was able to get a good night's rest. Good soundproofing as well. Cons: Communication of the breakfast offer that was purchased with the room booking was insufficient upon booking and arrival at the hotel. I only found out during check-out that there was only one item on the breakfast menu that was included in the package. This meant that I had ordered outside of the menu and received an additional charge. The staff were also not ready to serve breakfast at 7am. I really wish I hadn't included breakfast in my booking.
