A truly 5-star experience — luxurious, peaceful, and relaxing.

Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with two teenagers and a toddler. The beds were king-size, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The décor was luxurious and beautifully done. The housekeeping staff left chocolates for us and even brought a bathrobe and slippers for our youngest. The children also received adorable stuffed dog toys that they were allowed to keep, which was such a lovely touch. The staff at the reception desk, the concierge, the bellmen, and the doormen were all incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They were very p

Pros: Perfect location, nice and good smelling interior. Perfect restaurant for breakfast. Cons: The staff was not interested in any concerns. Cleaning staff was also always late or did not appear
