ETS Central Stationから徒歩2分で，とても便利な位置でした．

It was clean. Staff were good. The lady at the bar was helpful and made me”The Hustler “. It was very good.

Very disappointed with facility and service, not at all like the Westin in Calgary, disappointed

Pros: Location is great, price was ok, bed was comfortable Cons: Toilet barely flushed , shower tub didn't drain well, shower curtain stained and dirty on bottom , because tub was very slow to drain, room was noisy, was asked to call down to front desk 10 minutes prior to needing my car brought up from valet parking........ no one answered phone from front desk, and then phone stopped working, somewhat difficult to access from street due to all the surrounding construction. Not at all the facility I was expecting. No real restaurant in house or place to meet for a drink in house, Certainly not

Pros: Great location, updated main areas Cons: The rooms were dated

Great central location. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site is good quality
