Pros: Room was nice and spacious
Pros: Room was nice and spacious. Great view and location. Cons: I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and, overall, had a pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the service. There was no welcome amenity or complimentary treat or a welcome note in my room upon arrival, which would have been a thoughtful gesture for a longer stay. Not worth the money at all!!!
Pros: The location Cons: Not worth it AT ALL!!! Biggest disappointment ever, we will never book any Westin Hotel again. Run down room (wallpaper pieces coming down the bathroom wall, bath/shower-tub rickety, dirty, partly blind windows, safe didn’t work, old furniture). The style of the whole hotel seems to be stuck in the 80s, very brownish and dark. We’ve paid 950 Can ($590 euro) per night for a lake view-room. From international comparison it wasn’t worth more than 250 Can $ per night - if even. Only good point: friendly staff and well located.
Great hotel in a great location
Pros: Location was excellent - right by ferry to the Islands, easy walking distance of CN Tower, Roger’s Centre, Aquarium and metro station. Nice room. Pleasant staff. Cons: N/A
