First Stay at the Westin
It was my first time at the Westin and I loved my stay. The front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful. The lobby and work area on the second floor was clean and felt upgraded. The gym has the standard workout machines with dumbbell and benches, but it also has a Peloton machine. Customer service needs improvement
Booked a reservation for 8/8. I call and discuss the upcoming reservation with the hotel. The woman I spoke too was unprofessional. Came here for appointments at Stanford Medical. We expected a lot being a Westin and previous stays at other Westin’s and it did not disappoint. Truly exceptional service. The rooms were clean, smelled good and neatly organized. Very quiet stay and the bed wasn’t the best in comfort but was fine. Ate dinner at the Cafe Bar and the food was 5 star too. The location was very close to Stanford Medical Offices on Blake Wilbur which was convenient.
