This hotel really needs to update its rooms - a/c, furniture, and water pressure.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff who were happy to give us fresh bottles of drinking water. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet on 11th floor. Cons: Privacy shade on window was missing, only had blackout shade. Bathroom sink water pressure is terrible, just a trickle. The thermostat didn't seem to cool the room even one degree, but we kept the fan setting on "high" which helped. Also someone in another room was vaping which we could smell through our ventilator. The furnishings are old, scratched up, and have definitely seen better days.

Okay but not the least bit convenient or easy.

Cons: Hated the self parking. So far from elevator. Accommodations for pets is zero. No where to take them out. I asked for first floor and didn’t get it. Parking overpriced—gouging.
