Pros: Location is nice, it's beautiful, nothing to complain about the rooms, breakfast was really good Cons: One disappointing aspect of the stay was the payment process. At check-in, the hotel placed two large pre-authorisations on my card for our two rooms. At check-out, the full amount was then charged separately, while the original pre-authorisations remained blocked for several days. This effectively meant that I had to have twice the cost of the rooms tied up for a significant part of my holiday. I understand that hotels may require a guarantee, but this felt unnecessarily inconvenient a

Very pleasant stay in a good and luxurious hotel.
The hotel was completely fine. Friendly staff, luxurious room, good shower, nice pool, delicious breakfast on a very beautiful terrace in a cozy garden. Also, a very good restaurant. Good explanation from the concierge about possible excursions. In short, a very pleasant stay. Recommended. Valencia is a beautiful city. Haven't seen everything yet, so we have to come back. Then we will book again at The Westin.

Appalling service deserves a maximum of 3 stars!!
Pros: Appalling service for a 5-star hotel, dirty bathrooms under the sink Cons: Restaurant and bar service not up to par, lack of staff and dirty sink underneath, too bad I can't share the photo

For this hotel, 50 Euros per night is the most anyone should pay — they absolutely do not deserve more than that.
Pros: Overall, the only things I liked about the facility were the pool and the steam room; other than that, we didn’t like anything else. Cons: For this hotel, 50 Euros per night is the most anyone should pay — they absolutely do not deserve more than that.
