The hotel looks good but service not great. Price is too high for the facilities and service.

Pros: Bed is ok. Cons: The noise existed whole time. It was so cold when we got in the room. I turned heat up but didn’t work so well. There was a stain on the comforter. I tried to call room service and guest service. But the phone didn’t work. So I went down from 20th floor to tell people I need a replacement for the comforter and went back room to wait. Nothing happened over half an hour so I went down again. This time I wait there until the guy took the comforters to me. I was told by the lady that you can dial a number which on the key holder back to front desk when I checked out.But nob

Pros: Loved our room. Staff was amazing! Already planning another stay here. Cons: Limited menu items. 22% Service fee on top of taxes and tip. Buffet breakfast for 2 cost $113.

Good, but pricey for a total of over $500 for less than 24 hours.

Pros: The place is a mis advertised dump. Cons: The place was empty. The room smelled musky. The TV channels did not work. Even after being told the tv would be addressed by maintenance, we returned to our room after the event to find the same error message across the tv. The air conditioning unit in our room sounded like it was headed down a run way for take off. We gathered our belongings and decided not to stay the night and drive home. I am very disappointed at this hotel as it was advertised as a four star hotel that had just recently been updated. I would not recommend this place to any

They did not arrive on time for the World Cup, it was unfinished

Pros: The workers are super willing to help with all imperfections Cons: There were things not yet installed, the bed was not made one day and the restaurant was a complete disaster
