The owner was on the property
The owner was on the property. Very nice touch.
Will not stay again.
Pros: Location Cons: Room was not cleaned properly; we found a t-shirt of a previous guest in the drawers; we found paper under the drawers; the room was not swept or mopped clean; the washbasin in the washroom did not have a soap dispenser; there was no intercom to dial for room service.
bring earplugs
Pros: Front desk team was very helpful and the location is superb for MetLife events. Shuttle service was excellent Cons: Walls are paper-thin, you can hear a pin drop in adjacent rooms, and it looked like the property was still under renovation (restaurant service was poor, no espresso machine in any of the bars/restaurants at the hotel)
Execrable
Pros: The front desk staff Cons: Restaurant unworthy of a hotel at this price. Endless wait (despite the effort of the poor overwhelmed servers), poor quality. Some areas of the hotel were under construction. Shuttle service to the stadium at an exorbitant price.
