Good hotel but I wouldn't return due to the insecurity. The city is very scary.
Pros: It was very good, it would have been good if it had air conditioning because it was very hot. Cons: Luton itself and the location. To reach the hotel, you have to go up a ramp or stairs. A super insecure city, you feel like you're going to be robbed or accosted at any moment. We went to dinner a minute away without knowing what the city was like and had to return by Uber. The insecurity is palpable, it's very scary.

It was comfortable for one night
Pros: The room was clean and the bathroom was a good size Cons: There was no facility for making a cup of tea in the room and my pillowcase had some kind of gum on it. I took it to reception and asked for a replacement. The SAME pillowcase was brought to the room. When I complained about this, two replacement pillowcases were given to me. Hot drinks were available from the reception area. I understand that tea making facilities are available in some rooms which cost more.
