Tilt Hotel Universal-Hollywood, an AGA Collection Hotel

We enjoyed our stay and Will be returning, mahalo tilt hotel 🤙🏾

Pros: Every single worker there was nice and respectful. The staff were VERY accommodating and easy to talk too when I needed help. I miss Tilt hotel already and will always go back to tilt when I visit universal. 🤙🏾 Cons: For myself and my other half. There isnt anything that we didn’t like. Everything we wanted was 5 minutes away. Universal, in-n-out, dispensaries… all in a short drive. The hotel is in Perfect location.

Extremely uncomfortable and very noisy

Pros: I was checked in a room which was extremely noisy because of the Aircon motor was obviously making a kind of a jet engine noise. When I complained the staff did not believe me After the second night of not being able to sleep I asked to be checked in a different room. The staff reluctantly gave me another room 4 doors towards the entrance. This time the noise was worse because the wall was actually vibrating and a staff member actually listened and he also heard it, also the next door neighbour also complained in front of the staff member, but still the management did not give me anoth

Pros: Le personnel était gentil et attentionné. Arrivés plus tôt dans la journée, nous avons pu récupérer nos clés. La chambre etait spacieuse et vraiment très propre. L'hôtel propose le matin, café et jus d'orange gracieusement mais pas de petit-déjeuner. Cons: RAS
