Very helpful staff and close to Vatican and iconic landmarks.
Pros: Close proximity to Vatican, beautiful lobby and helpful staff. A very special thanks to Olga at the reception who has been most helpful and understanding when we faced critical challenges. Cons: The walls in the room were a bit dirty most probably from other guests' usage. The air conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted in the room.
