The property is located at a different address than the one shown during the booking process. I only received the actual address shortly before check-in, which was very frustrating after arriving in Los Angeles. The host also has very strict rules, additional requirements, penalties, and a high security deposit. The location is close to the pin but overall downtown is know for the homeless lil bit so expect some on the street or in Downtown in general. The location is convenient for walks & nearby place & also lil drive (10-15 mins) to explore more in the area, worth it guys.
