Clean and tidy, friendly staff but tiny rooms

Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they spoke good English. They were able to forward our bags to our next hotel which was so helpful. The location is great, it's not a super noisy neighborhood but it's well connected and there are lovely coffee shops close by. Cons: The room was tiny and for some reason there is a table and a chair in there taking up valuable space. I think it's really unnecessary and they should remove them as it was so difficult to fit 2 adults with 2 suitcases in the room.

Bardzo udany pobyt!

Lokalizacja bardzo fajna - niedaleko do metra i jednocześnie bardzo blisko urokliwej świątyni Senso-ji. Turystyczna, atrakcyjna okolica. Bezpośredni dojazd z lotniska Narita. Czysto. W pokojach jest wszystko, co potrzebne, a nawet więcej :-). Personel miły, zaangażowany, uczynny. Polecam! Jeżeli wrócę kiedyś do Tokio, to na pewno wybiorę ten hotel.

Great cost effective option in an excellent family-friendly location. Free coffee and nice staff who were available to organise luggage transfer, etc.
