Decent downtown location for the money... sketchy billing...
Pros: The shower was hot and forceful which is good, but the shower head was too high. Cons: I was charged $250.00 for my stay which I had ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE WITH MY RESERVATION! My receipt on checkout was $33.00 which was correct for parking and snacks, but then I was charged on my credit card statement for the room again! I am disputing this currently!!
Decent stay for two days
Pros: The staff and the room size. Cons: Had a weird smell in lobby and hallway area.
Kids liked the spacious room with kitchenette.
Pros: Ease of check in Cons: Paying for parking in an unsecured lot. A/C did not cool as well as it should have. We only stayed one night or I would have addressed it with staff.
I would stay here again when visiting local family.

I won't be back. Bad location, the hotel is clean on the inside but looks a mess on the outside.
Pros: Nothing Cons: The area. There are homeless people everywhere which I understand is out of the hotels control. We were locked out of the lobby for 30 minutes upon check in and I called several times and nobody answered. There was an issue with billing between booking.com and the hotel, they were claiming my room hadn't been paid for despite paying in advance on booking.com
