Pros: The property was clean, staff were friendly and continental breakfast was provided. The location is excellent - even though we missed out on parking at the hotel’s parking facility, street parking was safe and free (if you could find the space). But spaces regularly become available. Cons: The only minor complaint is the pillows in the rooms. They could be much better - caused neck pains for my wife and I, so I’m sure others will feel the same. Apart from that I have no complaints. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in NY.
