Good location, has the potential to be 4 star but definitely isn't

Pros: Hotel in a good location, very peaceful but near lots of bars and restaurants. Staff on front desk were very pleasant. Cons: Not sure why this is rated as a 4 star hotel and why there are reviews about it being so clean. Perhaps we got a bad room but it was very tired. Scuffs on the walls, kettle broken, no shower gel, bedside table broken, someone else's hairbrush left behind, shower looked like it needed a big deep clean and breakfast was very poor, the hot food was cold and the coffee not nice, we actually skipped it twice and went to the local bakery for lovely fresh crossiants ins

A beautiful, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Rome.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, stylish, and very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the Trastevere location was fantastic—close to wonderful restaurants and within easy reach of Rome’s main sights. It was a lovely place to return to after a full day of exploring. Cons: N/A
