Pros: Todo estuvo super bien hasta que regresé a casa y nunca me devolvieron el depósito. Jamás se llegaron los 5 días de la devolución. Cons: Lo malo fue que jamás regresaron el depósito. Solo decían en 3 o 5 días, pero, nunca me lo devolvieron.

Very disappointing — especially for families

Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. It has a dirty, motel-style feel and, as a family travelling with children, we simply did not feel comfortable or safe staying here. The pool area is nothing like the pictures shown on the website, which was particularly disappointing. Overall, the property felt run-down and neglected, and the atmosphere was not what we expected from the description or photographs. Quiet, cool, and completely content!

Pros: The place was quaint and quiet, right next to my work and a Target across the street for last minute things. Cons: Honestly, there were a few mosquitos but it’s also been muggy summer so nothing against the place. Just that kind of season.

Cons: Abbiamo preso due stanze, quella al piano terra è nuova, accogliente e molto pulita. L’altra, al primo piano, l’opposto: sporca, piena di capelli… c’era una lente a contatto USATA sul comodino.

Pros: Management was cordial. Service changed bedding sheets and towels daily. Close to universal studios. Cons: There's discrepancies between the hotel and Booking app add. The hotel does not offer breakfast, the pictures are very deceiving to the actual place. Bedrooms are very small for 2 beds. The hotel is old, has a moldy smell.the AC doesn't work good enough for California heat and it's way too loud. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Doors in-between bedrooms are not seal at the bottom, I had to put a towel to fill on the gap. I wouldn't recommend his
