too incredible

Pros: i liked only location this business has only 1 benefit that the location the other thinks is terrible. mattress was broken room was not really clean, even i don`t want to start to talk about stuff attuite please imagine that in your mind. Cons: first of all communication stuff was extremally rude secondly i inform them mattress was broken, i slept 3 nights with that mattress and after 3 nights they changed my room but, surprise second room like used not clean and smells like homeless underwear. and finally when i went to the front desk they were saying that we can`t cancel or chang

Pros: Good location. Access to places. Cons: Rooms could be better for the price we pay. Had to change rooms due to foul smell.

Pros: The location was great! Allowed us to be near the airport, Venice beach, and other places within 20 minutes by car. Cons: Shower was clogged.
