Pros: I really liked the location and the washer and dryer in the room. The room was nicely decorated and it was close to a biking trail. Cons: I would caution people about the nighttime passerby-ers. You can hear them clearly because they are right outside your door and I actually had a group of adults with two dogs that would frequent the road around 10pm that would harass people as they walked by.

Great place for the price.

You cannot get anything better for the price. I was a little concerned about the area based on the outside picture, but the area proved to be safe, plenty of parking, and within walking distance toward the east plenty of shops in a charming old district.

I would book again, Studio Apartment looks like pictures posted by property owner.
