I appreciate the opportunity to be close to a venue in a clean, modern, & well-kept facility.

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs to walk to Ball Arena. The rooms are new and clean. The staff was friendly but a little overwhelmed when a Lot of guests checked in at once. The check-in area is a little tight. Cons: Waiting for elevators, almost at any time of day was frustrating. It is also unusual that the cleaning staff use the same elevators. I guess space for elevators was a planning issue.

Pros: Bastante regular Cons: Las camas rechinan, no fueron ni a tirarme la basura, eso sí 09:30 el día del check out fue a corrernos la de housekeeping recordándonos que teníamos que irnos antes de las 11, el cuarto no tiene ni ventanas el desayuno tiene mucho que mejorar
