Ruined the beauty of the experience
I will start with the worst thing that ruined the experience: financial transactions are not reliable. First, they deducted the room reservation amount from my card before. Then they deducted it again at check-out. When I tried to clarify, they mentioned it was just a reservation. I checked my bank statement and found that it was deducted. I checked the bank statement after a month and after a month and a half, the amount is not reserved but deducted. From 20/6 until now, the amount has not been returned, and the bank states that the transaction is completed. I calculated the room value twice.
