Nice View, but Far from the Advertised Luxury and Significantly Overpriced
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: The apartment looks very nice and luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it is quite dated and in need of renovation. The kitchen is especially old—the oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and other appliances are outdated. Both bathrooms also need major updating. The bathtubs are quite old and are mainly suitable for standing and showering rather than taking a bath.
At this price level—CAD 4,107 for a one-week stay—we expected a much higher standard. The towels provided were limited for a 7-night stay (only two per person), and the soap and shampoo appeared to b

It provided everything we needed for our brief visit but enabled us to visit Niagara Falls from a perfect base

Cons: Nothing really. Perhaps would have liked a walk in shower for mobility purposes.
