Pros: Location was good. Unit was not. Cons: There was to be a code to enter the main building. The door was propped open with an old box (and effort would have to be made to actually close the door without the box, not sure why it was there). The unit had a door code but the door was very unsecure. Upon entering, we were met with a very dirty space with unsafe flooring and electrical. Mold, age-old dust, filthy rug, tuct tape holding the AC unit together, cobwebs in the fireplace, etc. The window blinds to the front porch where what seemed to be a gathering space for the entire building were
