Unpleasant experience.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: The female staff was unfriendly when I came to check-in at night 10pm. Was told I need to pay cash for deposit but I didn’t have cash. Didn’t state anything about CASH on the confirmation booking email. I had to withdraw cash from nearest ATM and it was already night 11pm. Entered the room and the toilet is super dirty with yellow stains. Even the bedsheet and towels had yellow stains. The Iron had burn marks and it stamped on my work clothes.

Decent experience overall

Pros: The property was very clean Cons: The staff acts like scammers trying to get every single penny out of you for any mistake you may make at the property

Convenient for a transit night

Pros: Location 20 minutes from the airport with 24/7 reception and pleasant receptionist. Cons: There is no elevator so complicated with 4 big suitcases! It smelled like durian in the hallway and the bathroom was not very clean

Very correct hotel for a stay before going to the airport, comfortable bed and looks clean and well-maintained
