Best homestay!
Pros: Clean and beautiful house! The air conditioner is cold too. All rooms and living room have air conditioning. The toilet is good with a water heater. There are also snacks and boxed drinks for sale in the homestay, so it's convenient if you're lazy to go out to buy. Cons: Parking on the 5th floor. It also takes quite a long time to get down and out of the building.
