Velmora Suites Bradford

Would not stay again unless major changes. Very dirty!

Pros: Layout of the room was good, with fully equipped kitchen, good size sitting room with recliner sofa, large TV and decent sized bathroom. Technically it would have potential to be somewhere nice as it does have nice features such as ambient lighting but I wouldn’t go back unless there were some major changes. Cons: The bedroom was extremely dirty. The bedroom was carpeted and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a very long time. It was covered in dirt, marks, stains and hairs. The bed sheets, quilt and pillow cases were covered in hairs and 2 of the pillow cases were dirty. From

Very Uncomfortable

Pros: Nothing Cons: The place was filthy, the bed thrown together. We felt very uncomfortable, and so turned around and walked out; we just couldn't stay there! We found last minute alternative accommodation.

Pros: Property itself is lovely, spacious and very clean Cons: No issues with property, just poor communication from staff, I was sent different bank details to send a deposit, when I have sent email enquires prior to the stay I received no response, I had no response to text messages and have not yet received deposit back, service requires improvement but the property was lovely

Terrible

Pros: Nothing- it was left in terrible condition Cons: Room smelt of weed, their fire testing unit would beep every few minutes in the bedroom - when requesting someone to sort it, no one came. No parking for the location so you have to move your car to multiple streets to avoid wardens.

Wouldn’t stay here

Pros: Absolutely awful and not as advertised it looked dated and like it needed another deep clean, we was met with a man standing outside in the bushes, the room didn’t look like it was advertised online, there was pubic hairs still in the bed along with stains on the headboard and dead flies on the floor, cobwebs in the bathroom we ended up walking back out and driving all the way home Cons: It wasn’t as advertised and it wasn’t up to a cleanly standard
