The small room size is challenging.
Pros: The hotel is located at one end of the business district and close to North Terrace, Rundle mall and Chinatown. Accessibility is a big part of its attraction; however, the room rates was only fair for the room size, which is on the small side. We were thankful for the staff who managed to let us check in early due to our arrival, allowing us to take a break after a red-eye flight. Cons: The restaurant's menu for the included breakfast was inflexible, and only orange juice and a cup of hot drink was included. It is measly for the additional room charge.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Coffee machine in the room plus a nice view of the hills from 16th floor. Beautiful espresso martini made by Pearlie in Storehouse. Slightly out of the city (about a 15min walk) but close to the Botanical Gardens. Cons: Service was a little slow in the restaurant especially during breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t buffet instead you got to choose one item from the menu and one hot drink. Orange juice was help yourself on my first morning but the following mornings, I had to ask for a glass of OJ. The “background” music during breakfast was way too loud and ov
