Cons: We have stayed at this Marriott many times and have always chosen this hotel when visiting Vienna. Unfortunately, our most recent 10-night stay left us extremely disappointed and was very different from our previous experiences.
The biggest issue was the housekeeping service. During our 10-night stay, the bed linen was supposed to be changed every three days, yet it was never changed unless we specifically brought it to the staff’s attention, already on the fourth day. Th

Pros: Ottima posizione, stanza bella, spaziosa, pulita. Ottima colazione, nota di merito per il cuoco delle omelette, bravissimo e gentilissimo. Aria condizionata a livello giusto (cosa non sempre scontata). Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Stanza silenziosa e ben insonorizzata. Struttura grande ma tanti ascensori e veloci quindi nessuna attesa per spostarsi. Anche piscina e spa gradevoli.

I always stay in this hotel whenever i’m in Vienna. Despite the card issue as mentioned, I am still satisfied in staying
Pros: Location is perfect.
Cons: For the 1st time in all my hotel stays anywhere in the world, my credit card was double-charged. Upon checking in, full amount of my stay was charged on my card, then when I checked out, instead of just charging for what I consumed from the mini bar and room svc, I was charged the full amount still.
The good thing is, my concern was attended to satisfactorily by Mr. Jakob Moser of your Accounting Office thru my communications with him via several overseas calls. And it took almost 3 weeks before my credit card provider was able to return the amount.
