I do not recommend this hotel
Pros: Only the location ! Cons: - room is too stuffy and smelly - AC doesn’t work well, and when i called for assistance the lady who answered the phone said (open the window) - i booked a king bed and got a twin room instead - pillows are so not comfortable. We weren’t able to have a proper sleep
Great hotel in a great location
Pros: Marian Platz is surrounded by so many monuments music halls and museums it's a great place to be in.And not to forget the shopping . The breakfast is very very good and since we were upgraded to a suite it was fantastic Cons: I think at reception they have chosen to keep the lighting very subdued in my view it can be a wee bit more cheery
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Munich. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful, spacious room, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and ideally located. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with an excellent selection of high-quality food and impeccable service. I would particularly like to highlight the lady welcoming guests at the breakfast entrance, who was exceptionally friendly, warm, and professional.
