Good location, if light sleeper suggest elsewhere

Pros: Good location and good sized rooms Cons: It’s right above a train line so you hear the trains going during the night. They do provide ear plugs.

Cons: Very disappointing experience I just wanted to share my feedback about our recent one-night stay because we had a very bad experience. When we checked in, Daniel was the receptionist. He didn’t explain to us that the items provided inside the room were chargeable. We used some of the items thinking they were included with our stay, especially basic things like toothpaste and a toothbrush. If these items are not complimentary, I believe the hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in or mention it in the reservation email. Unfortunately, no one explained this to us when we che

Pros: The location is very good. Staff were pleasant Cons: Housekeeping was erratic. Later and later in the day. I think they may have been short-staffed. The room is quite small, and there's a strange arrangement for the bathroom which is separated from the main room by a pane of glass, so it's necessary to pull down a blind for privacy. Perhaps OK for one person, but not for a couple. The entry for travellers on foot is difficult - a very steep flight of steps at the front, or up the also steep drive to reception at the back.
