Pros: Bed was clean at least. Cons: Very old and deteriorating. Mystery carpet stains and mouldy bathroom.

A great hotel in a wonderful neighborhood! The setting is exactly like the photos, the staff is lovely, the breakfast is delicious, and there are all the shops a traveler needs nearby. The entrance to the Paris Catacombs and the Montparnasse Cemetery is a five-minute walk from the hotel.

A great hotel in Paris’s 14th arrondissement

Pros: By Parisian standards, it’s a huge room. Mine had a French window and a balcony with seating. There’s a desk, chairs and wardrobes. It’s spacious and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The metro (Denfert-Rochereau) is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are buses in the area too, so transport links are excellent. There are plenty of places with terraces in the neighbouring streets, and there’s a pedestrianised area as well. Parc Montsouris and Montparnasse Cemetery are within walking distance. Nonostante i problemi di cui sopra, abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa

Pros: Ottima posizione, personale gentile, ma ogni stanza era priva di frigorifero Cons: Inizialmente, Abbiamo dovuto cambiare una camere perché il condizionatore non funzionava. Nella camera dove abbiamo soggiornato, il vecchio condizionatore faceva un discreto rumore. La mancanza di un frigo, con tutto il caldo che c’era, ci ha dato qualche problema. Ogni sera, il personale ( gentilissimo) ci metteva le bottiglie nel loro frigo e poi li riprendevamo.
