Nice and practical, even with a baby!
Pros: The hotel and the staff are great, everything was clean and functional. The room was not ready when we arrived, but the hostess offered us a drink while waiting. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel! Cons: The location is not the most convenient or interesting, you have to go down a few streets to find nice restaurants and bars.

Good location if you are using Montparnasse train station, poor air conditioning, but great staff
Pros: Staff were very helpful and efficient Cons: Their air conditioning wasn't working very well, they did tell us at check-in, but there was no mention of this on bookings. It's very hard to change hotels when you have arrived, but the staff did allow us to see the rooms.
To be redone
Pros: Very convenient location close to line 13. Very welcoming and competent staff. Special thanks to Leopold and Enderson. Fresh lemonade much appreciated. We will come back. Cons: A bathtub to renovate and tiles to redo to meet the standards offered by the competition.
