Excellent Stay — Outstanding Service from Hector

We had a great experience at the W Hotel in Westwood. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the service made our stay particularly memorable. A special thank you to Hector at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. Hector went above and beyond by providing us with a significant room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent Customer Service at this W!!!

Our AirBnB host didn’t show up and we got into town at midnight after a 7 hour drive and couldn’t make reservations through Marriott.com and were on hold for 46 minutes with Marriott reservations. We had previously stayed at the W in Westwood so we decided to just show up and see if they had any rooms available. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mr. Brewer at the front desk. He immediately understood what we had gone through and in his most calming and empathetic demeanor got us booked into a room and helped us get past our difficult experience. Amazing stay at W Los Angeles- West Beverly Hills

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived until checkout, the hospitality at the W Los Angeles West Beverly Hills was outstanding. We stayed in a beautiful 12th floor corner two bedroom suite, and it exceeded every expectation. The suite was incredibly quiet with beautiful views, lots of natural light, and plantation shutters that let in plenty of sunshine while still giving us privacy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a huge plus during the summer, and kept the suite cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Every member of the staff was exceptional.
