Pros: Windows, views, design, and lighting all fantastic. The robes were perfect. Cons: The TV froze and did not work all that great. Could not play movies on demand. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower could have been better. Smelled a little weird and left hair feely crunchy/dry.
