Pros: Good quality clean rooms Cons: Remote staff

Pros: Staff Cons: They took $100.deposit but only returned 70$I tried to call them,but no one will answer my calls.never will I stay there no more.i had to talk to a person through a camera. Had no response about why did I not get my full refund.and there was no explanation. It was a bad experience.

It was a wonderful fabulous three days

Pros: The property is in the middle of Santa Clara and you can go to a lot of different places. Cons: I saw a couple of people roaming freely around the property and this one gentleman was trying to open windows and things like that so they could just have a little more Security.

Wouldn’t come here again

Pros: The bed was comfortable and everything was close by. Cons: The receptionist is literally on zoom you can’t talk to a physical person and process was a lot longer and harder. There was a man next door to us and he was blasting music all night till 4am and smoking infront of our door. Since there was no one physically there to stop him it just kept going. There is cameras so hopefully they charged him but doesn’t help the fact I barley slept that night.
