Cons: Air conditioning difficult to shut off . TV is old and remote was wonky.

Pros: Loved the room and balcony, the tv was a little small but we still enjoyed watching tv late at night. Cons: the valet driver did not know how to drive manual/stick and badly burned my fiances clutch. It smelled burned for a whole day after. He had just replaced the clutch and was very sad to learn it was damaged. That valet should not be working there.

Great hotel centrally located

Pros: Great location…walking distance to 16th Street Mall and restaurants Cons: Not their fault but there is construction across the street which caused a lot of noise during the early hours
