Zero professionalism and customer service.
Pros: Very disappointed with the service received. They have no respect for the customer, only interested in money. Never again. Cons: Everything to be avoided.

This is the only place where we will come again if we come to Malta again.
Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility offers all the amenities you need, from a hairdryer to an ironing board in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyable, clean, fantastic location and lovely thoughtful extras.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, hospitality - loved the welcome drinks, the beach bag and complimentary trip to the golden bay. Fantastic room and staff. Cons: The bars weren’t open until 18:00 and 18:30, we never got to use the vouchers given to us. Earlier opening times for the bars would be great.
