Location
Romantic weekend
Pros: The location is spectacular. The hotel is beautiful, bed comfortable, and toiletries really lovely. Cons: We had some issues with ordering food. Twice we asked for dressings and sauces to be on the side but twice food came that was inedible for my partner due to the addition of sauces. He spent the first night "uncomfortable " after trying to eat around the sauces which were not vegan as staff suggested.
All right.
Pros: Lovely location Cons: Poor organisation. Two mornings in row there was no cereal bowls and some of the tables had not been cleaned.
We gad a nice time thankyou
Pros: The view Cons: I had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be for staff members to wear a clear uniform or name badge. At times, it wasn’t obvious who worked at the hotel, which made it difficult to know who to approach when I needed assistance. Having a consistent uniform would make staff easier to identify and would give the hotel a more professional and organised appearance.
