Comfortable and secure

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, clean room, attractive surroundings Cons: Room was not ready and I was made to wait for 30 minutes for a PRE-BOOKED AND CONFIRMED room! No face towels

Pros: The location is great and it is a good value. Cons: I have stayed here a few times already, they really need to do something about their television. Most of the time the signal is bad.

The worst hotel experience of my life.

Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything. The staff overbooked the rooms and said I couldn’t stay. There are no actual staff at the front desk. Just a computer. They charge for parking which is stupid. The staff inside the computer are rude, especially Zee, she kept muting me during our conversation to talk trash about me with the other employees. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Comfortable stay with lovely balcony views of town

Pros: Eaglerock is such a quaint little town, and this Inn made you feel like a local. The balcony moments from sunrise to sunset are special, and the rooms are clean. Would return! Cons: The virtual check in made me sad, taking checkin from a very personal experience to an outsourced one. It wasn’t very welcoming, it felt strange.
