Contractor property NOT holiday home

Pros: The communication from the booking agents was good and they were easily contacted. Cons: This house is set up for contractors. For this purpose I guess it would fit the bill. This should not be booked if you want a holiday home. It is the same price as others in the area which are lovely holiday cottages. This property has no living room. It has multiple bedrooms. The area was not nice. The front of the property is overgrown (not like the photos) and it was covered in dog or cat poo. The whole place smelled of it. Pros: There were enough beds for our group Cons: The sitting room did not have enough space for all of us to sit. The first house did not have a sitting room at all. You literally walk into the kitchen from the front door. The first house was very dirty, and when I sent a message about it, I was told it had been vacant/cleaned 9 days previously 😳. After a long back and forth, we were eventually moved to another house. This house was cleaner. However, access to the property was not convenient at all.
