Very rough start, got better the second day.
Pros: The room was nice. Lots of space. I felt safe. The staff tried to help with the issues I had. Cons: The first day was stressful because the room I requested wasn't the room I got till the second day. The bed was taller than I expected. Due to having surgery in the last few months
