A perfect stay
Pros: The location was perfect. Loved having the balcony doors and the outlook was lovely. Had a pleasant stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Could have done with a few more packets of sugar in the room.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, very comfortable and had all we needed in the room can't complain about anything good night away and fun at the caves then wells cathedral the next day breakfast was lovely plenty to eat (buffet). Cons: I only booked one night 😂

A Very Special Thank You ❤️ We honestly cannot thank the Wookey Hole Hotel and all of their incredible staff enough for how they looked after our family. We had planned a two-week camping holiday with my husband and our three children, with just one night booked at the Wookey Hole Hotel before heading off to camp. Unfortunately, our van broke down and had to be towed into the hotel car park. What we thought would be a temporary problem quickly became clear to be something much more serious — our van was completely broken and wouldn't start again. We ended up having to cut our holiday short and
