Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms

Pros: Stayed for 4 nights in Newark. The front desk staff were friendly, the environment was clean, and the air conditioning was more than adequate. It's conveniently close to Lion City, making shopping easy. Cons: However, the elevator broke down the night before check-out.

Their ac sound has that loud sound that may explode anytime. The second room was way better. Their rooms are spacious

Pros: Spacious fairly clean for our second room Cons: Their ac. It was producing a very loud sound which can give you headache. Its literally a noise pollution. If only i can share the sound here. When I requested for a room change after 15 mins of the noise not going away. The receptionist said that it was just a normal sound after playing the video. It was like the ac engine was being forced to run and could like explode anytime sound. I told her she should come and checked it herself. This was the only time she changed the room. I told her she should have it checked. She just gave me a look

I loved my stay! Staff was very kind and respectful! Love the free breakfast :) I will definitely come back.

Pros: Very friendly, clean hotel. Cons: No security, break into cars. See that with my own eyes.
