Great location. Service could improve

Pros: The location is fantastic. I’d rate it 11 out of 10 if possible. Cons: The property takes a prepayment of 200AUD in addition to the cost of the room. It’s frustrating that the refund is not immediately and you can’t enjoy it while still on holidays. The hotel could instead take a credit card number. We didn’t expect it. Disappointing

Inconvenient Location for Uber Pickups The street directly in front of the hotel is a bus lane, which means Uber drivers cannot pick up guests at the entrance. I had to walk approximately one block to meet my driver, which was quite inconvenient, particularly when carrying luggage.
