Pros: Удобное расположение. Лёгкое и понятное бесконтактное заселение. Живой современный район, много магазинов, ресторанов, метро в 10 минутах. Cons: Квартира немного изношена, ремонт не делался давно. При заселении не предоставляется карта гостя которая нужна для прохода консьержа на первом этаже, приходится каждый раз просить его впустить, но впускает он всегда.
