Stressful

Pros: The location, had the apartment been less lived in, cleaner and more secure, with host contact, I would have been OK with the setup. Cons: Check-in Delay: The initial contact number could not assist with the key. The second line took a while to answer. I was left waiting for over an hour. Language Barrier & Security: The agent who arrived spoke no English, making it impossible to ask safety or property questions. Furthermore, the front door was left entirely unlocked before my arrival. Poor Maintenance: The apartment showed significant wear, including warped flooring and damaged pain

Pros: L’emplacement Cons: La douche était bouchée, il n’y avait que du gel douche pour homme, pas de savon approprié mis à disposition. Le propriétaire m’a harcelée de message plusieurs jours avant mon séjour, le jour même jusqu’à tard dans la soirée et je n’ai reçu les instructions pour le Check out qu’à 22h00 le soir de mon séjour ce qui a rendu mon séjour particulièrement stressant.

Average stay but great location

Pros: Location was very good and I liked the small terrace even if there was a plant on the floor Cons: Cleanliness was not super great. Consider removing the fake plants because they were so dusty. The kettle was full of calc. Also white lamps are very bothering. Consider changing to a warmer color. The shower curtain holder is very rusty.

Exceptional location, in the heart of the city. If you like total privacy, the place is for you. Hotel interior (previously 4 season hotel) nicely done, small lobby, front desk, and seating areas, nice hallways. The apartment is small but nice and cozy, equipped in all appliances and everything you need. Excellent bed, slept like a baby. The room decor is a bit worn out but still OK. The big bay window is facing the construction site at the moment, but it didn't bother me at all. I would stay in this hotel again. The communication line with the owner was open and pleasant.
