Appalling experience. -never again.
Pros: Nothing - the staff were rude and most unhelpful. Cons: The reception staff when I checked out suggested I had not paid despite producing a hotel invoice showing it had been paid. Limited English and very poor communication skills did not help. Aggressive personnel of whom one finally did say sorry for their mistake. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone.
