Pros: The hotel's location is very good, right on Gran Via. Cons: Very small room, a lot of external noise, and a very poor air conditioning. Very difficult to sleep.

Traveling as a couple.
Pros: Hotel very well located, close to the station, a few minutes to reach the historic center and the pier. Very nice and friendly staff. Cons: The bed is a bit hard.
